The Wine
Return to contents
The vineyard practices a well-rounded approach to sustainability, with a strong emphasis on soil health. This includes agroecological practices such as rotational grazing and a unique under-vine composting regime, utilising mixed wastes from neighbouring farms and their own estate. While not fully organic, they use minimal and carefully timed applications of synthetic fungicides to support their high-quality viticultural techniques.
Aldwick Estate features its own winery on site, allowing for the production of their wines directly from grapes grown in their vineyards.
