Carlton Towers Walled Garden produces its own sparkling white and limited-release sparkling rosé wines. The vineyard cultivates cool-climate grape varieties, primarily Auxerrois Colmar (a white variety of Chardonnay grape) and Pinot Noir, which are blended to create their distinctive wines. Their signature sparkling wine is named "Duke Miles", honouring Lord Gerald's late father, the 17th Duke of Norfolk. The vineyard annually produces over 2,000 bottles, a testament to their dedication to quality and local terroir.
