They also produce a unique Bacchus Fumé and a rosé under their 'Here Be Dragons' label, experimenting with new blends. All wines are vegan.

Sustainability is central to Hidden Spring Vineyard's practices. The vineyard operates with a philosophy of working in harmony with nature, employing careful, minimal intervention techniques. They use organic compost and treat vines only when absolutely necessary, reflecting their commitment to environmental preservation.
