Little Pinnolds Vineyard cultivates four distinct grape varieties: Seyval Blanc, Solaris, Rondo, and Cabernet Cortis. These grapes are carefully grown to produce a limited quantity of high-quality still and sparkling wines.

The vineyard does not have its own winery on-site; instead, the grapes undergo fermentation and bottling by professional partners, ensuring expert care in the winemaking process.
