Red varieties like Rondo, Regent, and Triomphe also contribute to their production, particularly for their rosé.Their sparkling wine is crafted using the traditional "Méthode Champenois," resulting in a refined and biscuity flavour. Ludlow Vineyard has garnered several awards for its wines over the years, including Bronze and Silver Medals, and "Highly Commended" recognitions at the English & Welsh Wine of the Year Competition for various vintages of their 'Clee Moonlight', 'Clee Mists', 'Clee Dawn', 'Clee Springs', and 'Clee Sunburst' sparkling wine, predominantly from the mid-2000s.
