Wroxeter Roman Vineyard cultivates 3.4 hectares, producing between 16,000 to 17,000 bottles of wine annually. They grow a variety of Germanic grapes, including Regner, Reichensteiner, Madeleine Angevine, Phoenix, Solaris (white varieties), and Rondo, Regent, and Dornfelder (red varieties). This allows for the production of a wide range of still white, red, and rosé wines. Some of their wine names, like 'Roman Villa' and 'Noble Roman', reflect the nearby Roman ruins, with labels featuring a painting of the imposing basilica wall. The vineyard operates its own winery on site.
