Dillions Vineyard is a WineGB certified sustainable vineyard, with a deep commitment to environmental stewardship. They employ minimum intervention techniques, fostering biodiversity by encouraging wildflowers and fauna in their vine rows and hedgerows. The vineyard generates its own electricity from PV panels and sources water from its own borehole, striving for near carbon-neutral operations.
