The Wine

Downsview Vineyard, nestled in the High Weald of Sussex, cultivates six different grape varietals, which are hand-harvested and crafted into a range of still and sparkling wines. Their selection includes still white, sparkling white, still rosé, sparkling rosé, still red, and sparkling red wines, with vegan options available. Key grape varieties grown include Dornfelder, Bacchus, Ortega, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier.

The vineyard boasts a small, off-grid winery on-site where all their wines are produced. Grapes are often crushed directly in the vineyard to ensure freshness and vibrancy in the resulting wines. Downsview Vineyard is committed to sustainable farming practices, employing eco-friendly methods throughout their viticulture and winemaking processes to produce high-quality English wines.
