Gwinllan Conwy produces a diverse range of still white, red, rosé, and sparkling wines. Their collection includes delicate white wines like Pydew, their signature dry white Solaris, and a medium-bodied red called Rondo. The vineyard has also expanded to cultivate traditional varieties such as Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.The wines have garnered significant recognition, boasting over nineteen medals in prestigious national and international competitions. Notable accolades include a silver medal for their 2018 Solaris at the Wine GB Awards 2019, and a silver for their sparkling Pefriog at the International Wine Challenge Awards. Their Pefriog Phoenix (2019) was named Best Sparkling White at the Welsh Wine Awards in 2022, and Solaris 2019 received a bronze at the Decanter World Wine Awards.
The vineyard uses sustainable methods for cultivating its vines. Gwinllan Conwy works closely with a winery for its winemaking process, continuously improving their techniques to produce high-quality Welsh wines.
