The Wine

New Lodge Vineyard cultivates a range of grape varieties including Bacchus, Solaris, Phoenix, Seyval Blanc, Pinot Noir, and Regent. These grapes are crafted into dry still white wines, rosés, medium-bodied red wines, and both pink and white sparkling wines, all marketed under the 'Earls Baron' label. The vineyard's 'Nene Valley Nectar' sparkling wine has gained particular recognition. The vineyard has achieved considerable acclaim, accumulating nearly 40 awards over the years, including Bronze and Silver awards for its wines annually.

The vines are carefully tended by hand throughout the year, using the traditional 'Double Guyot' system. The grapes are harvested in October and then vinified on-site.
