Regular vineyard tours and tastings are available from April to October on weekends, with some weekday options during summer.

Oastbrook Estate produces a range of critically acclaimed still and sparkling English wines. Their portfolio includes still white wines such as Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, white Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay, alongside still Rosés and Red Pinot Noir. They also produce sparkling wines, including a Sparkling Rosé, and an Orange wine.The wines have received significant recognition, with Oastbrook being voted one of the best wineries in Europe. Among their accolades, they won IEWA Gold and Best Still Wine in competition in 2021, and WineGB Gold. Their Sparkling Rosé received a Bronze at the Sommelier Wine Awards in 2019. Their Pinot Gris has been highlighted by prominent wine journalists as a "best value English wine" and a "Homegrown Hero."
Oastbrook Estate places a strong emphasis on sustainability in both its vineyard management and winemaking processes. They are a member of the UK's Sustainable Wines of Great Britain (SWGB) scheme. The vineyard prioritises minimal intervention and soil health through practices like expanding biodiversity, improving soil health, and reducing pesticide and herbicide use. In the winery, the focus is on energy efficiency, with measures such as high-level insulation, optimized grape picking cycles, and computer-controlled heating and cooling. Water conservation, waste repurposing, and on-site composting are also integral to their operations. The estate boasts its own modern winery on site.
