Cellar Door & Shop: The Cellar Door Shop is open daily and offers wine sales, informal tastings, and access to the estate’s vineyard walking routes. Advance booking is not required for the shop or self-guided walks.

Restaurants: Rathfinny operates several on-site dining options. The Tasting Room Restaurant is located within the winery building and serves daytime meals. Flint Barns Dining Room offers lunch and evening dining on selected days, while The Hut provides an outdoor setting for drinks and light food during the season. Opening times and booking requirements vary by venue and should be checked in advance.



Tours & Tastings: Guided tours and hosted tasting experiences are available and must be booked online in advance. These focus on the vineyard, winery, and wine production, and conclude with a guided tasting.

Accommodation: On-site accommodation is available at Flint Barns, which offers bed and breakfast rooms, and at Rathfinny Cottage for self-catering stays. Availability varies by property and season.

Events: The estate hosts a programme of events throughout the year, including wine-focused experiences and seasonal dining events.

Dogs & Children: Dogs on leads are welcome in outdoor areas and on estate walking routes. Children are welcome in public areas when accompanied by an adult. Tours are designed primarily for adults.

Rathfinny Wine Estate produces traditional-method English sparkling wines, including Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs, Rosé, and Classic Cuvée styles. The estate also produces a smaller range of still wines under the Cradle Valley label. All wines are made exclusively from estate-grown fruit.

The estate operates a fully integrated winery on site, overseeing the entire process from grape growing through to bottling and ageing. Long-term land stewardship and environmental responsibility form part of the estate’s approach to vineyard management and operations.

By Public Transport: The nearest train stations are Polegate, Lewes, and Berwick. From each station, onward travel to the estate is typically by taxi.
