The Wine

Somerby Vineyards cultivates over 9000 vines across seven different grape varieties, enabling them to produce a diverse range of award-winning still white, red, and sparkling wines. Varieties grown include Solaris, Regent, Rondo, Phoenix, Bacchus, Ortega, Pinot Noir, Orion, and Pinot Noir Precocé. They also plan to introduce a Lincolnshire cider.
