The Wine Return to contents
Easing Hill Vineyard specialises in producing sparkling, still white, and still rosé wines, with a sparkling Demi-Sec and a sparkling Rosé also available. The wines are crafted predominantly from Seyval Blanc, Phoenix, and Regent grape varieties. All grapes are meticulously hand-picked from the vineyard's naturally grown vines. While the grapes are grown on site, the winemaking process takes place at the local Three Choirs Vineyard, located just 21 miles away. The sparkling wines are produced using the traditional method, ensuring quality and character.

The vineyard is deeply committed to sustainable practices. It holds accreditation as a 'Founder Member Sustainable Wines GB', a testament to its environmentally conscious approach. Easing Hill Vineyard prides itself on never using herbicides, pesticides, or fungicides, fostering a thriving environment where wildflowers and wildlife are encouraged. The use of solar energy and battery-powered machinery further contributes to their low carbon footprint, and all their wines are suitable for vegans.
