The Wine
Return to contents
The vineyard adopts a low-intervention approach to viticulture, focusing on sustainable practices and biodiversity. They view themselves as stewards of the land, preserving the historic estate for future generations. The success of their wines is attributed to this commitment, alongside the favorable micro-climate created by the surrounding terrain which protects the vines and harnesses the sun's warmth. All wines are made solely from their estate-grown fruit, ensuring a direct expression of the Herefordshire terroir.
