What's the vibe?
Nestled in the Wye Valley of South Herefordshire, Castle Brook Vineyard is a family-run estate focused on producing traditional English sparkling wines from the classic Champagne grape varieties (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier). The vineyard lies on a steep south-facing slope planted on land believed to be an ancient Roman vineyard.

Return to contents
Castle Brook Vineyard produces a focused range of traditional method, bottle-fermented Brut (dry) English sparkling wines.
The portfolio includes a Classic Cuvée, Rosé and Blanc de Blancs, each made from the three traditional Champagne grape varieties grown on the estate. All wines are produced using traditional methods and are available direct from the cellar.
The vineyard has received multiple awards since its first vintage in 2006, including trophies and medals from competitions such as the South West Vineyards Association, the Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championships, and the Decanter World Wine Awards.
Castle Brook works with Ridgeview Estate in Sussex for winemaking and bottling support, rather than having its own on-site winery.
