JoJo’s Vineyard produces both still and sparkling English wines from grapes grown on its Chiltern Hills site. Grape varieties planted include Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, Bacchus, Seyval Blanc and Pinot Noir Précoce.
The vineyard follows a low-intervention approach to viticulture and wine production, with an emphasis on careful site management and expressing local growing conditions. Grapes are grown and managed on site, while winemaking is carried out off site in collaboration with an external winery.
