Their range of sparkling wines includes "White from Black" (a blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier), "White from White" (made from Chardonnay), and a "Pink" sparkling wine (primarily Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier). Beyond their acclaimed sparkling wines, they also produce still wines and gin.
