The Wine Return to contents
Trevibban Mill produces a diverse range of still and sparkling wines, alongside ciders and juices. Their still wine collection includes white, rosé, red, and unique orange wines, such as the aromatic Harlyn white, the robust Black Ram Red, and the innovative Orion skin contact orange wine. For sparkling wine enthusiasts, they offer a variety of options including Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs, Pinot Noir Sparkling Rosé, and Pét-Nat.

The vineyard has garnered numerous accolades for its quality wines. The Pinot Noir Sparkling Rosé was awarded Silver at the Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championship in 2021, while the Blanc de Blancs 2014 secured Gold at the WineGBWest awards in 2019, also earning the Ray Palfrey Cup for best sparkling wine and being named overall champion. Their Black Ram Red has received many accolades, including being named one of the UK's five best still wines by Fiona Beckett in The Guardian. The Constantine (Oaked White) received the Challenge Cup Trophy for Best Oaked White at WineGB West 2022, and their Orion orange wine won a gold medal at the WineGB Awards in 2019. Most recently, their Pét-Nat 2022 earned a silver medal at the WineGB Awards 2023.

Trevibban Mill is committed to sustainable viticulture, operating as an organically farmed estate that actively promotes biodiversity. They employ a low-intervention approach, working in harmony with nature, including practices like allowing sheep to graze in the vineyards and orchards, and using grape and apple pressing waste to feed local cows. Their Orion orange wine is specifically Soil Association certified organic.

The estate boasts an on-site winery, housed within a striking contemporary building. This allows them to manage every step of the winemaking process, from fruit production and making to bottling and labelling, all on-site, ensuring quality and control.
