The Wine

Woolton Farm produces a range of small-batch, single-estate English wines from its 2.5-acre vineyard, focusing on quality over high yields. The vineyard cultivates Bacchus, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay grapes. Their portfolio includes still white wines like Bacchus, sparkling wines such as Sparkling Bacchus Charmat and Pinot Noir Brut, as well as still Rosé and Pet Nat Chardonnay.

Despite launching its wines in 2021, Woolton Farm has quickly gained recognition. Their wines hold PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) status from Wine GB and have earned multiple awards. This includes a highly coveted Gold Medal at the International Wine Challenge in 2021 and a Gold award from Wine GB.

The vineyard benefits from a sheltered, south-facing location with gravelly, nutrient-rich soils, providing an ideal microclimate for grape growing. Woolton Farm operates its own winery on-site, ensuring a hands-on approach to crafting wines that reflect the unique Kentish terroir.
