Brabourne Vineyard offers a truly personal and unpretentious experience within an idyllic Kent countryside setting, where visitors are met with a warm, family welcome.

Brabourne Vineyard welcomes visitors for tours and tastings by appointment, five days a week. For those who wish to simply enjoy a drink, table bookings are also available on weekends. While specific opening hours for casual drop-ins are not regular, pop-up events are occasionally held, and updates are shared on social media.

Tours & Tastings: Bespoke tours and tastings are offered by appointment, typically lasting just over an hour. Groups are never mixed, so the experience follows your own pace and interests. The tour begins among the vines with a first glass of sparkling wine, before moving to the tasting room to work through a broader range. A cheese platter can be pre-ordered to accompany your tasting. Pricing is from £20 per person. The tasting room can seat up to 15 people inside, making it well suited to small private groups.

You can book a table in the summer months (May–September) - just be aware that seating is outside.

Accommodation: Fig Cottage is a self-catering cottage finished to a luxury standard, set within the courtyard with views directly over the vines. It sleeps guests in comfort and gives full access to the vineyard grounds at your leisure. Available from £435 per week.

Special Events: The vineyard hosts a varied programme of events including Afternoon Tea with a Sparkle, Sip & Sketch with Bubbles, Wellness in the Vines, and cocktail masterclasses. Check the events page for current listings.

Parking: There is space for up to two cars in the courtyard, with additional field parking available in dry weather.

Accessibility: The site is on gently sloping ground with grass paths leading to the tasting hut. There are no wheelchair-accessible bathroom facilities. If you have specific accessibility requirements, it is worth contacting the vineyard before your visit.

Children and dogs: Both are welcome. Well-behaved dogs may accompany you on the tour and at outdoor table bookings.

Brabourne Vineyard specialises in producing high-quality English sparkling and still wines from predominantly Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, lovingly tended by hand. They also produce a unique Vermouth. Their wines have received recognition, including a Bronze medal for their 2022 Salburga Rosé at the prestigious 2024 WineGB Awards.

While Brabourne Vineyard is not certified Organic or Regenerative, the family actively incorporates sustainable practices in their viticulture. This includes mulching vines with locally sourced wool, using ladybirds for pest control instead of insecticides, and developing meadowland to enhance biodiversity.

The winemaking itself is handled by Oxney Organic Estate, located nearby, allowing Brabourne to focus on growing their premium quality grapes.

By Public Transport: The nearest main train station is Ashford International. From there, you can take the Line 10 bus, which takes approximately 26 minutes, or a taxi, which is a 10-minute journey.
