The accommodation is a luxurious, contemporary "Scandi-style villa" or "Wine Centre" holiday let, converted from the estate's former wine tasting centre, designed for two to four adults. It features a large open-plan lounge and dining area with giant picture windows overlooking the vineyard, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a private patio and garden with outdoor dining, sun loungers and a BBQ. Guests benefit from a tennis court and a 4-person jacuzzi. The villa is high-tech, offering Alexa-controlled services, a 75-inch TV with Netflix/Sky Q, Sonos sound system, and high-speed broadband. An honesty bar stocks Toppesfield wines and microbrewery beers, and a complimentary bottle of wine, along with a hamper, is provided upon arrival.
