The Wine

Brissenden Vineyard cultivates Pinot Noir, Bacchus, Reichensteiner, and recently added Chardonnay grapes, which are transformed into high-quality sparkling and still wines. Their range includes a Brut Sparkling Wine, made from Pinot Noir, and a crisp, dry Bacchus known for its elderflower notes. They also produce a fine sparkling cider.

The vineyard boasts an onsite winery, where wines are produced by winemaker Kobus Louw, ensuring that the grapes go from vine to bottle without leaving the estate. This hands-on approach ensures quality, with processes like leaf plucking and winemaking done by hand. The vineyard's commitment extends to sustainable agriculture practices, reflecting their dedication to both their craft and the environment.
