The Wine

Great Loxhill Vineyard produces "Lympstone Wine", notably a fresh Solaris from their vines. The grapes are grown organically with very little intervention, a philosophy that allows the vines to draw naturally from the Jurassic clay subsoil, contributing to the wine's distinctive flavour. The vineyard explicitly states they do not use sulphur on their grapes, ensuring a pure and unique taste.

The vineyard is currently in conversion to be accredited as organic, and their sustainable practices include the use of runner ducks for soil enrichment and pest control. These methods underscore their commitment to working in harmony with nature. Information regarding an on-site winery for Great Loxhill Vineyard is not specified.
