Great Loxhill Vineyard produces "Lympstone Wine", notably a fresh Solaris from their vines. The grapes are grown organically with very little intervention, a philosophy that allows the vines to draw naturally from the Jurassic clay subsoil, contributing to the wine's distinctive flavour.
