What's the vibe?

Old Walls Vineyard offers a serene and luxurious escape in the Devon countryside, presenting itself as a tranquil retreat with scenic views overlooking the Teign Estuary. It provides a blend of historic charm and modern comfort, perfect for those seeking a relaxing, high-end experience.

Tours & Tastings: Vineyard tours and tastings are currently suspended. When available, the full tour runs from 11am to approximately 3pm and includes an introduction to the winery, a guided tasting of the still wine range, and a ploughman's lunch - from £48 per person (or £96 per couple). A twilight tour pairing a vineyard walk with tapas and a glass of wine is also offered from £38 per person. Both tours require advance booking; vouchers are available via the online shop.

Food & Drink: The on-site Regent's Bistro is currently closed. When open, it serves breakfasts, lunches, and afternoon tea Wednesday to Sunday, with a Friday tapas evening until 9:30pm and a Devon food evening on the first Saturday of each month. Afternoon tea must be pre-booked. See menus and opening times.

Accommodation: Six self-catering lodges are available year-round, each sleeping up to four guests in a double and twin room. Lodges include a private veranda with vine views, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, a Nespresso machine, and a welcome pack. Two lodges (Auxerrois and Bacchus) have enclosed patios and are dog-friendly. Prices start from £600 for a three-night break. A Stay and Pick harvest experience is also available in September. Private Hire & Weddings: The Vintner Room is available for weddings and private events. It is fully air conditioned with a private bar and terrace. Catering options range from afternoon tea and buffets to formal sit-down meals and tapas. Wine is supplied from the vineyard's own list. Private vineyard tours can be arranged for groups of eight or more.

Gift Shop: Wines, selection boxes, and tour vouchers are available via the online shop.

By Car: Old Walls Vineyard is located in Bishopsteignton, Devon, easily accessible via the A380 and A381, approximately 1.5 miles from the A381 turn-off towards Teignmouth.

By Public Transport: The nearest train station is Teignmouth. From Teignmouth Station, the vineyard is approximately 2.6 miles away. A taxi ride takes about 5 minutes and costs around £9.59. A bus service from Teignmouth Station (Seaview Diner) to Bishopsteignton (Cockhaven Road) takes approximately 11 minutes.
