Lily Farm Vineyard offers a warm, welcoming experience amidst the beautiful East Devon countryside, part of the historic Jurassic Coastline. It's a picturesque, family-run boutique vineyard that provides a relaxed setting to enjoy award-winning English wines and local platters, often accompanied by wildlife sightings.

Tours & Tastings: Guided vineyard tours are available on Fridays and Saturdays at 11:00am. Tours must be pre-booked (minimum of two people per booking), cost from £18 per person, and allow at least 60 minutes - a tasting of four award-winning still wines follows on from the tour. Booking can be made via the tours page or tickets purchased through the online shop.

Wine Sales: Wines are available to buy on-site. For delivery across mainland UK, visit the online shop.

Refreshments: Cheese and vineyard sharing platters, sandwiches, soft drinks, tea, and coffee are available on site.

Accessibility: The vineyard is on a slope and the terrain may be unsuitable for anyone with limited mobility. Visitors with specific accessibility requirements are encouraged to contact the vineyard in advance.

Dogs & Children: Dogs are not permitted on site, with the exception of assistance dogs. Wine tasting is an adult-only experience for those aged 18 and over.

Lily Farm Vineyard specializes in award-winning English sparkling and still wines, made exclusively from grapes grown and hand-picked on their estate. Their range includes white wines such as Bacchus and Coastal Dry, a Rosé called Sunset Pink, and red wines like Jurassic Red. The principal grape varieties cultivated on site are Rondo, Pinot Noir Précoce, Bacchus, Seyval Blanc, and Reichensteiner.

The vineyard has consistently produced acclaimed wines since its first vintage in 2007, earning numerous awards. Recent accolades include a Wine GB Gold for their Bacchus 2021 in 2022, a Silver for Bacchus 2022 in 2023, and a medal for their Jurassic Red 2022 at the WineGB Awards in 2024.

The vineyard practices attentive viticulture, working in harmony with nature; the site is known as a "magnet for wildlife" with a variety of birds frequently observed amongst the vines.

While the grapes are grown and hand-picked at Lily Farm, the winemaking process is carried out by their winemaker, Steve Brooksbank, at Bagborough Winery, an off-site facility.

By Car: Lily Farm Vineyard is located on Dalditch Lane, Knowle, Budleigh Salterton, Devon EX9 7AH. It is signposted from the Old Railway Bridge over Dalditch Lane.

By Public Transport: The No 357 bus, which runs between Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton, stops in Knowle. The vineyard is approximately a 2-minute walk (300 yards) from this bus stop.
