The Wine

Ham Street Wines produces both still and sparkling wines, encompassing red, white, rosé, and Pét-Nat styles. The vineyard cultivates Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Bacchus, and Pinot Gris grapes across its ten-acre site. They craft small-batch, natural wines, focusing on minimal intervention in the winery, with some releases featuring no added sulphur or fining/filtration. The winery was completed on-site, ready to process their 2023 vintage.

The vineyard is deeply committed to sustainable practices, being certified organic since 2022 and biodynamic since 2024. They adhere to regenerative agriculture principles, having practiced no-till farming since April 2020. This commitment aims to have a positive environmental impact, fostering healthy soil and strong vines.
