What's the vibe
Little Bursted Vineyard offers a tranquil and secluded escape nestled in the picturesque Pett Bottom valley, providing an idyllic, close-to-nature experience away from bustling thoroughfares.Visiting information
Little Bursted Vineyard welcomes curious visitors by appointment on Saturdays and Sundays. Given the vineyard's recent planting in 2022, their first wines are still maturing, with releases anticipated from late 2026. Therefore, there are no wine tours or self-guided options currently available as a primary focus. The vineyard is family-friendly, welcoming both children and dogs. There is no restaurant or accommodation on site. The Wine
Little Bursted is a relatively young vineyard, with plantings completed in April 2022. They focus on two specific varieties: Pinot Meunier and Melon de Bourgogne. Their future production will primarily feature Pinot Meunier-led sparkling Blanc-de-Noirs and Rosé. They also plan a limited release of still, long lees-aged Melon de Bourgogne, a white grape variety known for producing clean, mineral, and vaguely saline wines. The first commercial harvest is planned for Autumn 2025. Due to the time required for tank and bottle aging, the initial release of their still wines is not expected until at least 2026, with sparkling wines following in 2027 or 2028. As the wines are yet to be released, Little Bursted Vineyard has not yet accumulated any awards. The vineyard produces its own wines from grapes grown on site.
