Pebblebed Vineyards offers a welcoming and rustic vineyard experience, deeply rooted in community spirit. Visitors can expect a friendly atmosphere, led by knowledgeable staff who are passionate about viticulture and winemaking.

Tours: Pebblebed Vineyards offers guided tours of their vineyard and on-site winery. These tours are available every Thursday and Saturday from May through September. Bookings are essential and can be made via their website. The approximately two-hour tour includes a welcome drink, a guided walk through the vines, a tasting of their wines in the winery, and concludes with a selection of farmhouse cheese and artisan charcuterie.Opening Hours: The vineyard tours operate seasonally, from May to September. The cellar door is open by appointment.Facilities: While there isn't a full restaurant on-site, tours include a tasting paired with farmhouse cheese and charcuterie. For a more comprehensive dining experience, a "Vineyard Tour & The Farm Table Experience" combines the vineyard tour with a two-course meal at the nearby Darts Farm, though transport between the two locations is not included.

Children & Dogs: Young children are welcome to join tours when accompanied by an adult, and there is no charge for them. However, dogs are not permitted in the vineyard itself.

Pebblebed Vineyards produces a range of high-quality English wines, including sparkling, still white, red, and rosé varieties. Their sparkling wines are crafted using the traditional Champagne method, involving bottle fermentation and aging on lees for a minimum of three years to develop complex characteristics. The vineyard prides itself on being one of the few 'single estate' producers in the UK, meaning their wines are made from grapes grown exclusively on their own land, allowing each vintage to reflect the unique flavours of that particular growing season.

Pebblebed wines have garnered numerous accolades in both local and national competitions. Most recently, at the Independent English Wine Awards 2024, they received a silver award for their 2020 Sparkling White and bronze awards for their 2018 Sparkling Rosé and 2020 Still White, highlighting their consistent quality.

The vineyard is committed to sustainable agriculture practices, with careful attention to encouraging wildlife and reducing environmental impact. They manage their vineyards with a focus on natural winemaking, using minimum additives to best express the unique Devon "terroir." The vineyard also boasts a modern on-site winery.
