Burnt House Vineyard Launch of Roast SundaysOn Sunday, October 19th, from 12 pm to 5 pm, Burnt House is partnering with The Modern Table for a Sunday takeover. The menu offers a choice of Roast Beef Sirloin, Fosse Free Range Chicken Breast, or a Rich Tomato-Baked Nut Roast, served with sides and dessert. Tickets are £35pp for adults and £25pp for children (up to 11). Booking and preorders are essential.

balfour-winery Winerybalfour-winery Winery hosts a Jazz Dinner on Thursday, November 20th, from 7 pm to 11 pm. This evening of live music, fine dining, and wine will feature celebrated jazz performers Ian Shaw and Polly Gibbons, in support of Demelza Hospice Care for Children. Tickets are £85 per person.
Chapel DownChapel Down presents new seasonal experiences for winter visits:
- The Midweek Winter Special includes a tutored tasting followed by a two-course lunch at The Swan.
- The Winter Luxury Dining Experience offers five wines paired with a five-course tasting menu.
- They also offer Christmas Party hosting, including a tutored tasting and festive five-course menu.
Yotes Court announces a collection of winter events:
- Pottery Workshop: Candlelit Cottages on November 15th (10 am, £60pp)
- Paint & Sip With Eli on November 16th (2 pm, £33pp)
- Sparkle & Sprigs: Wreath-making Workshop on November 29th (10 am, £65pp)
- Christmas Quiz & Unlimited Fizz on December 10th (7 pm, £25pp).
Hampshire
Hambledon VineyardHambledon offers a range of experiences this October:
- A relaxed, seated Harvest Tasting Experience samples four wines and covers Hambledon's history.
- The final Grenadier Safaris of the year are on October 4th, 9th, and 10th, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the vineyard and winery, concluding with a three-course lunch.
- The inaugural Harvest Party at The Restaurant is on Friday, October 24th, featuring food, drink, and live chef demos.
- Workshops throughout autumn include a Candle-Making Workshop on October 30th, a Chocolate Masterclass on November 26th, and a Wreath Making Workshop on December 4th.
- WSET 1 courses are running through winter, with the next session on November 2nd.
Surrey
Chilworth Manor VineyardChilworth Manor's festive events include annual Christmas Tree sales on December 6-7 and 13-14, and a Festive Fizz Singalong on Thursday, December 11th. Tickets for these events will be available online at the end of October. New dates for Tours and Tastings are scheduled for Saturday, October 25th, and Saturday, November 15th (12:30 pm - 2:30 pm). These guided tours include a tasting of the full range and a complimentary glass of your favourite wine.
West Sussex
artelium-wine-estate Wine Estateartelium-wine-estate's festive season preparations include Christmas Card Workshops on November 13th & 27th (6 pm - 8:30 pm), focusing on lino printing. The Christmas Makers Market is on December 6th, celebrating local craft and produce, with food and drink available (free tickets offered). Upcoming talks include "Talk with Will Nash" on October 9th (limited tickets remaining) and "The Art of Collecting" on November 6th.
Kinsbrook VineyardKinsbrook hosts its last public picking day of the year on Saturday, October 4th. Volunteers can join for a morning (8 am - 1 pm) with coffee and pastry, an afternoon (2 pm - 5 pm), or a full day (8 am - 5 pm). Full-day volunteers will receive a communal lunch, a glass of wine, and a bottle of still wine.

Alder VineyardAlder Vineyard's Festive Sip + Shop Weekend is scheduled for November 22nd-23rd. The event features local shopping, with free cardboard gift hampers and stuffing offered for spends of £20 or more. Vine Club members receive exclusive early access and table bookings. Visitors can tour the Free Open Winery to meet winemaker Tom and receive Christmas bottle recommendations. The festive lunch menu includes Christmas Roast on Toast and Build Your Own Baked Camembert Sharing Platters.

Alder VineyardAlder Vineyard received recognition at this year's Food Drink Devon Awards. Their Kitchen + Bar earned Gold and was named "Café of the Year". Their wines were also awarded, with the Rondo Rosé winning Gold and their first Seyval Blanc Sparkling taking Bronze. Additionally, their new winter menu, featuring items like the Pulled Beef Benedict, launched last week.
