The Wine
Dalwood Vineyard produces a focused range of both still and sparkling wines from their 3,000 vines across three acres. Their sparkling wine, the Dalwood Brut, is crafted from a blend of Seyval Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes. For still wines, they create a white blend primarily from Seyval Blanc, Solaris, and Madeleine Angevine. Additionally, a still Rosé is produced, typically a blend of Seyval Blanc and Pinot Noir. The vineyard has gained recognition for its "award winning" wines. Dalwood Vineyard does not operate its own winery on-site; winemaking is handled by Brooksbank Barrs in Somerset, with bottling and labelling facilitated by Lyme Bay Winery. The vineyard is not certified as organic.
