Wayford Vineyard is a small, co-operative vineyard in the Somerset countryside, planted and managed by a group of local growers working together. The estate produces traditional method sparkling wine from estate-grown grapes, with an emphasis on community-driven viticulture.

Tours Our vineyard tours last 90 minutes and take you through the working vineyard and winery. You'll see how we grow our grapes and what happens in the cellar, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions as we go. Tours conclude with a tasting of our wines.

Gift Shop Browse our selection of wines, vineyard merchandise, and other locally-sourced items in our gift shop. It's a good spot to pick up a bottle or gift to take home with you.

Best Time to Visit September is our dedicated tour month, when we run regular visits throughout the season. This is an excellent time to experience the vineyard in full swing during harvest.

Wayford Vineyard specialises in producing traditional method sparkling wine made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes grown in its own vineyard. The estate’s flagship wine is the Wayford Brut Pinot Noir, with multiple vintages available to purchase. Their wines have been recognised at regional competitions and have won awards over time.
