Gutter & Stars is Cambridge’s pioneering urban winery, producing small-batch English wines from within the historic Chesterton Mill. Run by journalist-turned-winemaker Chris Wilson, it offers a distinctive, quietly industrious setting focused firmly on thoughtful, low-intervention winemaking rather than a traditional vineyard visitor experience.

Open to the public: Gutter & Stars operates primarily as a production winery and is not generally open for casual drop-in visits.
