Their acclaimed wines include the Nutty Vintage Brut, which won a Gold Medal at the WineGB Awards in 2022, and the Sussex Reserve, notable as the first English still wine to receive a gold medal from the International Wine & Spirit Competition (IWSC). The multi-award-winning Nutty Brut has also secured gold medals at the International Wine Spirit Competition on multiple occasions.
The vineyard embraces a regenerative approach to farming, focusing on sustainability. They are proud to be Carbon Neutral, offsetting cultivation efforts with wildflower meadows and natural habitats that foster biodiversity. Practices include harvesting rainwater, maintaining soil health with cover crops, and minimizing chemical intervention. Sheep and alpacas graze among the vines in winter, contributing to the vineyard's ecological balance.

FAQ
What's the vibe
Nyetimber isn’t a casual drop-in vineyard. Visiting feels more like being invited behind the scenes of a serious wine operation than turning up for a relaxed afternoon tasting. Events are structured, polished and tightly managed, with a strong emphasis on the wines themselves rather than hospitality extras. If you enjoy detail, process, and context—and don’t mind planning well ahead—it’s a rewarding experience.[[SECTION:Visiting information]]
