Digby Fine English offers a polished, relaxed tasting room experience rather than a traditional vineyard visit. Based on Arundel’s high street, it’s an elegant but informal place to explore English sparkling wine, with a strong focus on tasting, conversation, and discovery rather than tourism spectacle.

Walk-ins are welcome when space allows, though booking ahead is recommended.

The Tasting Flight Experience guides you through five core Digby sparkling wines, with the stories behind each bottle brought to life by the team. Tastings are priced from £30 per person. Wines are also available by the glass or bottle, alongside a seasonal snack menu - making it easy to linger without committing to a full tasting.

The tasting room is available for private hire; members of the Kenelm Club receive preferential rates on room hire alongside 20% off bar and retail purchases. Check the website for upcoming events and to book a tasting.

Digby Fine English produces a range of traditional-method English sparkling wines using Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. Rather than owning a single estate, Digby works as a négociant, sourcing fruit from long-term partner vineyards across southern England, including Sussex, Kent, Hampshire, and Dorset. Winemaking takes place near Arundel, allowing close oversight of production.

The wines have received widespread acclaim. The Vintage Reserve Brut 2013 was named Supreme Champion at the WineGB Awards, alongside multiple category trophies. Leander Pink has received Best in Class honours and multiple Gold medals, while Brut NV has achieved top awards from both WineGB and Decanter.

Digby places emphasis on reducing environmental impact through lighter glass bottles, natural cork closures, recyclable packaging, and vegan-friendly production. Sustainability practices are also implemented across their grower partnerships, including biodiversity initiatives at their own Hilden Vineyard.

By Car: Digby Fine English is located in central Arundel. Several public car parks are available within a short walk.

By Public Transport: Arundel station is approximately a 15-minute walk away, with regular services from London Victoria and the south coast.
