Quob Park Estate near Wickham takes a different approach — Restaurant 1707 is set in a Georgian hotel and offers 5 and 7-course tasting menus with an estate-to-glass ethos, though it feels more like a country house hotel restaurant that happens to have a vineyard than the other way around. If you're in Hampshire and want more choice, the West Sussex options — Wiston, Kinsbrook, Bolney, Ashling Park — are all within an hour and represent some of the best vineyard dining in the South East.
