Best Dog Friendly Vineyards and Wineries in Surrey

Albury is arguably the most dog-friendly vineyard in Surrey. Dogs are welcome on tours and at outdoor tastings, and in our experience asking ahead has always got a yes to bringing them inside too. The vineyard sits on the southern slopes of the North Downs with trails directly accessible from the estate, and they run dedicated Walkies and Wine days where the dog is the point rather than an afterthought. High Clandon is worth knowing about: a small estate that opens for events and open days, with the owners' own dogs usually padding around when you arrive. Denbies is Surrey's biggest vineyard by some distance and, while dogs can't go inside the main building, the estate trails are extensive - good for a long walk with a glass at the end. Tanhurst and Godstone are the more relaxed options: both welcome dogs in outdoor areas without fuss, and Tanhurst has pet-friendly cottages if you're staying overnight.
