Silkstone Vineyard is a small, single-varietal operation in the hamlet of Cawthorpe, outside Bourne. It's a family-run vineyard rather than a visitor attraction, growing Bacchus grapes and making three wines from it. There's no drop-in shop or tasting room; visits happen by booking only.

Tastings are by booking through the website only; there are no fixed opening days or drop-in hours. A visit is a guided walk around the vineyard followed by a tasting, lasting around 45 minutes, at £10 per person, refunded if you buy a bottle on the day.

The vineyard's liquor licence restricts tastings to ages 25 and over, so this isn't a visit to plan around children.

Silkstone Vineyard grows Bacchus and makes three wines from it: Bacchus 2024 (£17) and Bacchus 2023 (£16) as single-varietal whites, and Duet 2024 (£18), a blend of Bacchus and Chardonnay.
