Oastbrook Estate

Visiting:
Oastbrook Estate welcomes visitors primarily through pre-booked tours, tastings and events. Advance booking is required for all visits, as the estate is a working property. Walk-ins are welcome at the cellar door on open days, where you can try wines by the glass on the balcony or at the bar.

Opening Hours:
Tours and tastings are available at weekends from early April through to the end of October, with Thursday and Friday sessions added during July and August. Winter tastings run on Saturdays from November through to the end of March.

Tours & Tastings:
Guided vineyard tours and tastings are led by owners America and Nick Brewer and last around two and a half hours, taking in a walk of the vineyard followed by a tasting of four wines accompanied by light snacks. Booking is required. Prices from £40 per person; a group discount of £5 per person applies to bookings of more than five people. A standalone winter tasting (approximately one hour) is available on Saturdays from November to March, from £35 per person.

Dedicated children's tours are offered during school holidays for ages 5–16. Children are not permitted on standard adult wine tours.

Cellar Door:
Wine can also be enjoyed by the glass or bottle at the cellar door without joining a full tour, subject to opening times and availability. Outside food is not permitted on the estate, except within the accommodation.

Food & Dining:
Seasonal dining is available throughout the summer months. The menu draws on homemade, locally sourced ingredients, and the estate periodically offers a feast menu developed in partnership with The Curlew restaurant. A barbecue lunch is served at certain events.

Special Events:
The estate hosts a programme of seasonal events including harvest volunteer picking days, a Sabrage event, a Summer Party (free entry for Wine Club members) and corporate away days. Private group tours can be arranged on request. Oastbrook is also licensed for weddings and private celebrations.

Accommodation:
There are three accommodation options on site: the Round Door Vineyard Cottage (a single-storey self-catering lodge with two king-size en-suite bedrooms, a wood-burning stove and a private hot tub), the Avalon Waterside Lodge (a self-catering lodge sleeping up to four alongside the lake) and luxury glamping bell tents (available in summer, sleeping two, with private decking and BBQ). Prices from £250 per night. Pets are not permitted in any of the accommodation. Check the website for availability and current pricing.

Accessibility:
The tour and tasting areas are broadly accessible for wheelchair users, and an accessible parking space is available by the winery. The Vineyard Cottage is on a single floor, though the approach path has low steps and the bathroom has no grab rails.

Dogs & Children:
Dogs are not permitted on site, with the exception of assistance dogs. Children are welcome on dedicated children's tours during school holidays and may stay in the on-site accommodation.
