Set at the highest point of the South Downs National Park, Weybourne Estate combines a deeply historic manor - established in 1600- with a boutique sparkling wine operation producing wines from classic Champagne varieties grown on ancient chalk soils. The experience is intimate and unhurried, centred on tours, tastings, and a handful of distinctive event spaces that make the most of the 190-metre elevation and long views over rolling hills to the distant sea.
