Ashling Park Estate offers a luxurious yet relaxed vineyard experience, where stunning views meet sophisticated dining and charming accommodation. It provides a comprehensive escape with no hint of pretension, making visitors feel truly at home in a beautiful setting overlooking the vines.

This helps us manage our vineyard tours and tastings properly and means you won't be disappointed. What to Expect You'll find our on-site restaurant, where you can enjoy food and drink in the vineyard setting. We also have a gift shop if you'd like to take something home with you. Dogs are welcome to join you during your visit. Private Hire and Weddings Ashling Park Estate is available for private hire wedding receptions during our quieter season, from October through May. We can accommodate between 30 and 80 guests, and our on-site lodges sleep up to 16 people, offering a weekend away for your closest friends and family. Celebrations include acoustic music, exceptional food and wine, and conclude at 11am the following morning, allowing guests to enjoy a leisurely departure.

Ashling Park Estate is renowned for producing a range of acclaimed English still and sparkling wines from grapes grown on its 50-acre West Sussex estate. Their loamy soil and sheltered position provide an ideal environment for classic Champagne varieties like Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, alongside Regent, Rondo, and Bacchus for their still wines. The estate also produces its own Pinot Noir gin, and other spirits such as vodka and rum. The winemaking process is supervised by the highly regarded winemaker, Dermot Sugrue.

The Blanc de Blancs received a Gold Medal at the 2025 Decanter World Wine Awards.

The Classic Cuvée NV has repeatedly won the President's Trophy for 'Best Classic Cuvée NV' at the Wine GB Awards in both 2020 and 2021, also earning Decanter Gold and a Regional Trophy in 2020, and a further gold in 2022.

Their Sparkling Rosé NV claimed the Wine GB Trophy in both 2020 and 2022 and was named 'Best Sparkling Rosé in UK' in 2022.

The 2022 Estate Selection Pinot Noir was crowned Wine GB Trophy Winner 2024 for 'Best in the UK', specifically for Best Red Pinot Noir.

While not holding specific certifications like Organic or Regenerative, Ashling Park Estate emphasizes sustainability through practices such as sourcing ingredients for their restaurant from local farms, some less than a mile away, and using honey from their own bees on the estate. The vineyard also boasts its own on-site winery, ensuring meticulous control from grape to bottle.

The nearest train station is Bosham, approximately 2.1 miles away, from which a taxi or a 45-minute walk would be required. There is a bus stop (Chapel Corner, East Ashling) about 500 meters from the front entrance, served by bus routes 54 and 700. Please note there is no pedestrian footpath for the last 500 meters to the entrance.
