How are the rankings calculated?

We use a Bayesian-weighted average of Google ratings that balances average score with number of reviews. It's the same type of system IMDB uses.

Are all vineyards eligible to be listed here?

Vineyards must have at least 50 reviews to be listed here, and they must be vineyards you can visit. Vineyards that are usually only available to visit as a wedding venue aren't included for example.
