Visits are by booking through the website: estate tours (£32pp), self-guided tours (£20pp), and tastings paired with afternoon tea, BBQ, pizza or a picnic (£49.50-£65pp).

What's the vibe?

Wildshark Vineyard takes its name from the sea creatures, including megalodons and white sharks, that swam over the North Downs when the area was ocean floor in the Cretaceous period. The vineyard grows Chardonnay, Bacchus, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Pinot Meunier on that same chalk, greensand and fossil-rich ground, alongside wildflower companion planting and over 8,000 native trees planted since 2023. Dogs are welcome.

Visits are by booking through the website: an estate tour (£32pp), a self-guided tour (£20pp), or a tasting paired with afternoon tea, a BBQ, pizza or a picnic (£49.50 to £65pp). Overnight packages for couples, branded The Grape Escape, are also available (£265 to £365).

Wildshark makes eleven wines: still Bacchus, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, a Pale Rosé and a limited Bacchus Fumé, a limited rosé called Ciel, sparkling Supernova Blush and Supernova Brut, and a Blanc de Blancs and Blanc de Noirs. Prices run from around £19.50 to £33 and up.
