The Wine

Return to contents
Daws Hill Vineyard produces English sparkling wine using traditional methods. Grape varieties grown include Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Auxerrois, planted specifically for sparkling wine production. The vineyard does not produce still wines.

All winemaking takes place on site in the vineyard’s own winery, allowing control over the full process from harvest to bottling. Wines are produced in small batches and are aged for extended periods before release.

In addition to wine, Daws Hill Vineyard produces cider made from locally sourced apples.

The vineyard’s wines have received recognition at regional competitions, including awards from the Thames & Chilterns Vineyards Association.
